Common requests

• Cancel your subscription

  Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. If you subscribed on the web, use the customer portal linked from your members area. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you paid for ends.

• Restore a purchase

  In the app, open Profile and use Restore purchases. Sign in with the same account you subscribed with — a purchase made with a different sign-in will not be found.

• Delete your account

  In the app, open Profile and use the Danger Zone. This removes your profile, progress, notes and chat history. It does not cancel your subscription, so cancel that separately.

• Something looks wrong in a lesson

  Tell us and we will fix it. Send the lesson number and what looks wrong — a wrong answer, a missing diacritic, an explanation that does not land. Content corrections are the most useful feedback you can give us.

• A payment or billing problem

  Billing runs through the store or the payment processor, so they can usually resolve it fastest. If you are stuck, write to us with the date and the email address you used and we will look into it.

• Accessibility

  If something in the app or on this site is hard to use, tell us what and why. We would rather fix it than have you work around it.
